If your pet requires boarding during your move, we will happily make those arrangements for you. If you make your own boarding arrangements, we are happy to pick up your pet from a favorite kennel, your veterinarian, or the home of a friend or relative. Please discuss the arrangements with your pet travel specialist.
You may need to provide us with a letter of authorization to pick up your pet from a boarding facility. Also, most facilities require payment before they will release a pet, so please make these arrangements ahead of time.
In the event of a travel delay, your pet may need additional time in a boarding facility or with your relative or friend. Please make sure this is clear when you make your boarding arrangements. If you choose to have us make your pet’s boarding arrangements, we will ensure that your pet can stay there if the flight is delayed. Please keep in mind that unexpected boarding can add to the cost of your pet’s move.
