Vet Support

Your pet’s health is important to us, to the airlines – and of course to you. Before traveling, your pet will need to visit the veterinarian and obtain a health certificate. Because this certificate is time sensitive, it is important to discuss scheduling with your pet travel specialist.

For international travel, your pet may need an import permit, a reservation at a quarantine kennel or other documentation. The regulations vary from destination to destination, with some locations (Hawaii, Australia and South Africa, for example) requiring blood tests or vaccinations that take weeks or months to complete. Ask us for information on the requirements for your destination. And please contact us as soon as you know you are traveling, so that we can begin to plan your pet’s trip in good time.
